Shipping and Delivery

Here are some relevant details that you need to know about our delivery policies:

  1. We offer free delivery on all orders above 2000 across India. (For orders under ₹2000 there is a small shipping charge)
  2. Depending on the location, the products are likely to be delivered to you within 5-7 days of the order placement
  3. In case any unforeseen delay occurs, we will be sure to notify you of this as soon as possible
  4. The pin-code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, an online payment has to be made.
  5. For Cash On Delivery, you cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
  6. If the product is open while delivering, do not accept the order and follow the steps as mentioned in our Return policy exception.
  7. No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery.
  8. If you wish to reject a Cash On Delivery order (provided it is not opened by you), then you will be charged Rs.150 as return shipping charges by

When will my order ship?

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days (i.e. Monday – Friday) and delivered between 5-7 days. This is our standard shipping policy but in case any unforeseen circumstance occurs, we will be sure to notify you of the same.

Through what carrier do you ship?

We only work with well-reputed and trusted courier service providers. This is our way of ensuring that our products not only reach you in the fastest possible time, but also, in perfect condition. You will also be notified when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area. We also provide you with the option of tracking your delivery.

Will I be notified before delivering the shipment? 

We will send you an e-mail and SMS when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area. On your behalf, we stay connected to the delivery company to ensure that the product/s reaches you as promised.
