Return and Refund Policy

Please note: Please read through the following return and refund policy before making a purchase at www.jharokhastore.com

 

WE STRICTLY DO NOT DO RETURNS/EXCHANGES & REFUNDS AFTER YOUR ORDER IS CONFIRMED.

In the rare case if you RECEIVE A DAMAGED/WRONG product then return/exchange is accepted according to the below terms:

1.      Kindly email a photo of your product within a day of receiving the order. Email should be sent to support@jharokhastore.com, with the title as "Return/Refund request". Please understand, we will not be able to accept returns if the issue is escalated to us after 2 days of receiving the product. And we will not be able to make any exceptions whatsoever.

2.     In such a case, the customer will be expected to ship the unused product to our office address (email us at support@jharokhastore.com to get the address details) or request for return pickup and we may provide it if the pincode is serviceable for returns. Please send us the product in the same box and envelop you receive it in. The product should be sent in a sturdy box for us to accept the return.

3.     The product will be exchanged for another design of your choice in case if you receive a damaged/wrong product, or a credit note will be sent to you which can be used at your next purchase from our website.

4.    Delivery charges for the exchanged product will apply as per our standard delivery policy.

5.     Refund will be initiated once we receive the product. Refunds will be processed through the same online mode in 10-12 working days.

6.     Below cases do not qualify for a refund or exchange:

·       Minor color variations. Every effort has been made to accurately reproduce the look of products but there might be slight variations in the color and size of the actual product received due to on-screen representation.

·       If your product darkens over time (unless mentioned its anti tarnish). Natural oxidization is a property of metals and is caused by varying climatic & storage conditions.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

We only accept cancellations within 24 hours from the time that the order is placed. To cancel an order, please contact us by sending an email at support@jharokhastore.com with your order number within 24 hours.


CASH ON DELIVERY POLICY:

1.      You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.

2.     If the product is open while delivering, do not accept the order and follow the steps as mentioned in our Return policy exception.

3.     No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery.

4.    If you wish to reject a Cash On Delivery order (provided it is not opened by you), then you will be charged Rs.150 as return shipping charges by jharokhastore.com
